To buy an apartment in Ukraine as a foreigner, you’ll need: a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), issued in 2–3 days with your passport at the tax office; a notarized Ukrainian translation of your passport, legal entry confirmation (entry stamp or valid visa), spouse’s notarized consent if buying jointly, and any other documents, if necessary.
